Заказала химчистку дивана в http://www.eco-chistka.ru/about.shtml и осталась крайне недовольна работой сервиса, услуга оказана некачественно: пятна с мягкой мебели удалены не были, ликвидация запахов от животных не имела эффекта, несмотря на обещания. Помимо этого мастер приехал с большим опозданием, выполнил всю работу за 10 минут и после чистки не оставил квитанцию и счет за услугу. Информацию по принятию претензий администратор также не предоставил и принимать претензию отказался. Сервис обманывает потребителя.Анна
