Review of the “partnership” with Skilla work (Skilla Innovations).
For  those who do not want to read to the end, I will say briefly: be  vigilant, do not let yourself be deceived, do not allow yourself to be  cheated out of money, do not repeat my mistakes.  Unfortunately, I went  through this and lost more than 600,000 rubles irrevocably fr om Skilla  in a month.  Skilla (OOO Skilla Innovations) is a closed, completely  non-customer-oriented company, there is no talk of any partnership in  reality.  If you want to call there, you will not find a single contact  number, neither in 2GIS, nor on the website, anywhere, and this is the  first “call”, why such secrecy?
“Divorce” begins from the very first  contacts, there is a classic misrepresentation through false promises,  guarantees, etc.   Skilla creates “tasty” vacancies on job search sites,  in my case it was hh.ru.  After responding to the communication, the  first echelon of the “divorce” comes out, wh ere they beautifully talked  about the business model and, most importantly, promised to meet with  already working “partners,” thereby increasing loyalty to the offer to  invest.  I showed interest and then the second echelon of the “divorce”  contacted me, introducing himself as Farhat.  We contacted him a lot,  discussed issues and the business plan he had previously sent with  specific figures for monthly costs.  Farhat argued about a specific  finite number of “partners” per city so as not to create more  competition in the market, about fixed amounts of monthly payments  without an increase for the year, that in my city the existing  “partners” work with a limited number of performers, and performers more  diverse in their professions are required and therefore they are  looking for new “partners”, emphasizing the possibility of returning  money if something goes wrong, personal acquaintance with the owner  since this is not a franchise, but a partnership, etc.  The stories that  they will help you take out an installment plan to pay for the  franchise, that there is loyalty to Skilla from banks, are lies.  Skilla  contacts a regular organization specializing in finding loans, which  sends your data to all possible banks, which you can do yourself, there  are no special relationships, no loyalty from banks to Skilla  Innovation.  The first signal for me was the question of setting up an  installment plan, supposedly I took such a large amount for training.   These two stages of verbal promises, guarantees, information, business  plan figures and videos of supposedly existing “partners” were  captivating and the decision was made to launch the office.  I made an  advance payment and purchased plane tickets to St. Petersburg.  The  premium transfer from the airport and hotel is supposedly paid by  Skilla, but given the prepayment of more than 70,000 rubles, I paid for  everything.  On the very first day at the office, they demand that you  pay the remaining amount for the franchise and sign an agreement.  After  signing the contract, training began and the third stage of the  “divorce” through the support service, the beginning of the end... Each  subsequent employee who spoke carried contradictions regarding the  information given by the previous speakers, and the first two echelons  of the “divorce”; the information sometimes differed so much that it was  necessary to stop the training and call specialists from other offices.   There were several people like me, all from different cities, and what  a great fellow one of us was, who asked for the money back on the  second day of training.  Whether he returned the money or not is  unknown.  Well, why didn’t I do that too?  From the moment the agreement  was signed, everything began to change, and every day my mistrust only  grew.  The personal acquaintance Farhat promised with the owner of  Genome never happened, don’t expect it to happen.  Upon arrival in my  city, four days later, the amount of monthly payment in my personal  account increased by 20% relative to what was specified in the contract  and promised by Farhat through the presented business plan.  So much for  Farhat’s promises that there will be no increase in pay during the  year.  But having calmed down a little, I began to move on, rented an  office, made renovations, bought furniture, bought office equipment,  connected telephony, etc.  But then there’s more, since the contract was  signed by me for an individual, it was necessary to change the  signatory to a legal entity.  person after opening an individual  entrepreneur.  Having opened an individual entrepreneur, I sent the data  to Skilla, in response I received an additional agreement, in which not  only the signatory changed, but also changes were added to all  financial clauses of the agreement for an increase of another 20%.  And  by not signing the agreement, I would be violating the contract, which  would lead to unilateral termination of the contract and loss of money.   There was a shock and a debate began with the support service, which  caused even more shock.  The answers were from the series “it’s good  that today is Friday, and not tomorrow like yesterday...” The first  justification for the increase was like, “... due to the changed  economic situation, we are increasing...”, but how has the economic  situation changed in four days since the signing of the agreement, They  never answered me.  In response to my demands to comply with the  promotion procedure in accordance with the contract, as stated in the  payment clause, having notified me in advance, I received an answer that  the notification had already been given last year, before the contract  was signed with me, and supposedly it also concerned me.  Skilla also  provides a brand and website in its package.  It seems like there are  advantages, good, but there is a recommendation under the contract to  pay monthly, and the payment is more than office rent, to pay for SEO  promotion of their site, not yours, a site that is blocked by Skilla in  case of non-payment of monthly payments.  And not to pay for promotion,  not to fulfill recommendations under the contract and refusal of a  possible refund.  The proposed brand was narrowly focused on performers  and this was another discrepancy with the initial information from  Farhat, who claimed that they were looking for a new “partner” in the  city to expand the positions of performers.  And I was offered exactly  the same narrowly focused brand of performers that Skilla had reached a  dead end with in my city, that is, the chances of success were becoming  less and less.  Realizing that the third echelon of the “divorce”, the  support service, could not solve the problem, I turned to the one who  promised me, informed me, guaranteed, at whose suggestion I paid in  Skilla, Farhat.  But in Skilla, such a regulation, the employees who  raised money go aside and transfer all the “arrows” to the support  service, saying that all issues can only be resolved with them, and the  answers there are like Jen Psaki’s.  And Farhat, who was responsible for  the information that became the basis for my decision to take out a  loan and give it to Skilla, stopped communicating altogether and began  to hide.  Then the understanding began to come that I had “gotten it”,  that I was being “conned” and asked to return my money, to return it so  far nothing had been done on anyone’s part, that working in such  non-partnership relationships was not possible.  I didn’t ask for  expenses for the office, furniture, telephony, office equipment, this is  my mistake and my retribution for trust, but I want to return what I  transferred to Skilla (Skilla Innovations LLC).  They refused to return  it, once again crossing out all the tales of the first two echelons of  the “scam” that Skilla is a reliable partner who is looking far into  joint work and is not interested in small, one-time earnings on a  subscription fee, etc.  It turned out in practice that this is exactly  what she is interested in, only lies and irresponsible promises.   Afterwards, I wrote an official complaint with the hope that maybe at  the owner level there is still a partnership view, that the slogans and  promises of the first two echelons of the “scam” will find confirmation  at the top, that if Skilla is a client-oriented company and the owner  understands that there will be no further work with me , will return the  money, but no, the owner’s response only confirmed that this whole  scheme was agreed upon with him and he will not return the money to me.   The big point on the part of Skilla in this “swindle” of money was the  information that if there is no subscription payment for a month, and  during the proceedings to increase the tariff I did not pay the  increased figure so quickly, then they unilaterally terminate the  contract without refunding the money .  Moreover, the consideration of a  claim under the contract takes 30 days, just as long as it takes to  unilaterally terminate the contract.  The sincerity of all these videos  of successful entrepreneurs working productively with Skilla is  questionable.  Later it turned out that Skilla was recruiting an  unlimited number of “partners” in my city using other brands.  So much  for “partnership” relationships.  About 1.5 months passed from the  beginning to the end of this story.
