I had a good impression of VECTOR & IMPACT. First and foremost, I liked the staff's attitude—they communicated calmly, politely, and without unnecessary formality. I didn't have to explain the same issue multiple times; everything was clear from the start.
I'd especially like to highlight the efficiency: they respond quickly to inquiries and provide relevant information. If something was unclear, the staff explained it clearly and helped resolve it. It doesn't feel like they're just trying to sell the client something—rather, they're trying to find a convenient option and resolve the issue.
